You just need to restart your Mac and press the Command + Option + P + R keys at the same time for about 20 seconds. If you haven’t signed in to your Apple ID, click Sign In and type your Apple ID information. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Apple ID, then select Password & Security in the sidebar.
